  • Functional Assessment: Provides a detailed understanding of current application environment thereby reducing the migration risk of subsequent modernization activities and establishes a baseline
  • Design Analysis: Analyzes code structure and other technical parameters
  • Re-Architect: Reverse engineers applications to their baseline requirements (relearn), then forward engineers those applications to new languages and new architectures based on modern open standards

  • Define the path - Using our applications rationalization services, we conduct an applications portfolio assessment to determine the strategic value of applications based on their business, functional, technical and financial quality. We create a modernization road map that recommends modernization strategies for each application and we develop a business case to support the modernization journey.
  • Manage the journey - We establish a modernization program that executes the modernization strategies as applications projects in a series of phases designed to create cost savings early that will fund subsequent phases.
